11:40 AM EDT, 05/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Engcon (ENGCON-B.ST) agreed to acquire a logistics-adapted property in Poland for 5 million euros to bolster its warehousing and logistics capacity.

The acquisition of the 7,300 square-meter property is set for completion in autumn, subject to customary due diligence, according to a Friday release by the tiltrotators and associated attachments maker.

Engcon also secured approval to expand its production site in Strömsund, Sweden. It will spend 18 million kronor to add 2,700 square metres of space through the renovation of an existing building and an extension within the industrial area.
