04:10 AM EDT, 05/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kona BidCo said Tuesday it secured acceptances and commitments from 84.03% of Zalaris'(ZAL.OL) shareholders under its recommended voluntary cash tender offer.

The offer period expired on Monday, with Kona securing acceptances from 52.9% of the issued and outstanding share capital

and voting rights of the payroll services company.

Kona is offering 100 Norwegian kroner per share for the payroll services company, with settlement due on June 9, subject to conditions.

The company intends to seek delisting of Zalaris shares from Euronext Oslo Børs following the completion of a mandatory cash offer for the remaining shares.
