Ondas Completes Mistral Merger

09:19 AM EDT, 04/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas (ONDS) said Friday it has completed its $175 million merger with US defense contractor Mistral.
The company said the deal gives it direct prime contractor access to US Army and Special Operations contracts, provides US manufacturing and integration capabilities, and adds Mistral's roughly $264 million contracted backlog.
As of March 31, Ondas said it had pro forma backlog of $457 million, including Mistral and World View's backlog.
