POET Technologies Says Purchase Orders Received From Celestial AI Cancelled; Shares Fall Pre-Bell

09:29 AM EDT, 04/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- POET Technologies (POET) said Monday that all the purchase orders the company has received from Celestial AI were cancelled, including the ones for initial production units previously disclosed.
Marvell's (MRVL) Marvell Semiconductor, which recently acquired Celestial AI, indicated in a letter to the company that POET Technologies disclosed information related to the purchase order in violation of its confidentiality obligations, the company said.
Shares of POET Technologies were down 37% in Monday's premarket activity.
