05:03 AM EDT, 05/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SpectrumOne (SPEONE.ST) said Friday it issued 40 million new shares to Vildmarksstugor i Norrland to settle 60 million call options in video surveillance products supplier Observit (OBSE.ST), according to a Friday release.

The call options were originally issued by the technology company SpectrumOne to Örjan Berglund to provide certain guarantees. Under the settlement deal between SpectrumOne, Berglund, and Vildmarksstugor i Norrland, the latter held a 15 million-krona claim against SpectrumOne.

To partially offset the claim, SpectrumOne issued 40 million shares at 0.20 krona per share to Vildmarksstugor i Norrland, with a total value of 8 million kronor.
