09:54 AM EDT, 05/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Summa Defence (SUMMA.HE) is carrying out a strategic review of its IntLog and Lightspace Group subsidiaries, including the latter's Aquamec and Rasol units.

The process aims to evaluate alternatives, including strategic partnerships, external investments, equity arrangements, partial or full business divestment, and other structural options, according to a Friday release. Summa added that the subsidiaries will continue to operate normally and that the review may not necessarily result in any transactions.

The move aims to support the defense and security technology group's long-term strategy, strengthen its capital structure, and fast-track its expansion in the defense sector.
