03:26 AM EDT, 05/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Svenska Aerogel (AERO.ST) raised 18.4 million kronor through a rights issue of 9,900,213 units priced at 1.86 kronor each, according to a May 15 release.

The subscription period ended May 13, with one unit comprising two shares and one series TO9 warrant. One warrant allows holders to subscribe for one new share from Sept. 11 to Sept. 25.

The Swedish materials company said it will use the proceeds to support sales and marketing, application development, and production development.

Trading in the paid subscribed units will begin on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market from May 29.
