11:37 AM EDT, 05/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Valterra Platinum (VALT.L, VAL.JO) completed its auction and issuance of three floating-rate notes totaling 2 billion rands under its 10 billion-rand domestic medium-term note program.
The senior unsecured floating rate notes comprise tranches of 378 million rands and 1.24 billion rands each due May 18, 2027, and a 382 million-rand issuance due May 18, 2031, according to a Friday release. The notes carry coupons of compounded daily South African Rand Overnight Index Average plus basis points of 72, 100, and 104, respectively.
The mining company will make its inaugural note issuance on May 18.
