Following Telia’s bid for Bredband2 at SEK3.25 per share, InfraCom has agreed to tender its shares. The deal, if completed, represents a significant windfall for the company, yielding net cash proceeds of SEK178.5m. Redeye calculate this outcome generates a gross return of 80% and a remarkable net return of 220% from a highly lucrative investment initiated in Q1 2024. Treating the transaction as a fait accompli for valuation purposes, Redeye adjust its valuation range for the net proceeds. Redeye raises its fair value range for InfraCom to SEK24–52 and establish a new Base Case of SEK38.
