Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, June 20, 2025 – Pursuant to section 38(1) of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Aquaporin A/S (ticker: AQP), (“Aquaporin” or the “Company”) hereby notifies receipt of major shareholder notification from M. Goldschmidt Capital A/S.
M. Goldschmidt Capital A/S has notified Aquaporin that M. Goldschmidt Capital A/S has decreased its direct shareholding and holds an aggregate of 4,513,538 shares and voting rights in the Company corresponding to 19.4% of the share capital and voting rights of Aquaporin.
This announcement is being made in accordance with section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act.
