Avonova has signed an agreement to acquire Kry Travel Clinic, a well-established provider of travel vaccinations and related health services in Norway. The acquisition is a strategic step to broaden Avonova’s portfolio and meet the growing demand for specialised preventive health services for travellers.

Kry Travel Clinic has long been recognised for its expertise in vaccinations for international travellers, preventive health advice, and associated services. With highly skilled healthcare personnel and a flexible operational model, the clinic can adjust capacity outside peak travel periods while maintaining high service quality. Services are provided through both inperson consultations and digital solutions, integrated into Kry’s wider healthcare platform.

By integrating the clinic’s operations, Avonova gains an opportunity to expand within travel medicine, strengthen its preventive health services, and tap into an established and loyal customer base. The Oslo travel vaccine clinic is expected to be co‑located with Avonova’s existing VIA clinic in Oslo to create operational synergies.

The transfer of ownership will take place on 1 September 2025. As part of the agreement, Avonova will also become Kry’s preferred travel vaccination partner in Norway for a period of three years.
