The Extraordinary General Meeting of Bellman Group AB (publ) held on 16 June 2026 resolved to elect Hans-Olov Blom as a new member of the Board of Directors of Bellman Group.

Hans-Olov Blom, born in 1966, has extensive experience from entrepreneurial businesses within safety, infrastructure and civil engineering. He is the founder of Ramudden and has held senior positions in the company for many years, including as CEO and Group CEO. His experience includes building, developing and internationalising businesses closely connected to road, construction and civil engineering projects.

Hans-Olov Blom brings to Bellman Group’s Board of Directors a competence profile that is well aligned with the company’s operations and continued development. Bellman Group is a civil engineering group with a comprehensive offering within, among other areas, rock blasting, excavation, transport, materials handling and circular solutions. Hans-Olov’s experience of safety-critical working environments, operational leadership and scalable growth is expected to make a valuable contribution to the Board’s collective expertise.

Hans-Olov Blom also has a background as an officer in the Swedish Army and has studied at the Swedish Defence University. This experience has given him a solid understanding of leadership, structure, safety and execution capability in complex operations.
