Charlotte Hansson has informed the Board of Directors of Bergman & Beving AB that, due to a new position at the Government Offices of Sweden, she will resign from her role as Board member. Charlotte Hansson has served as a Board member since 2020.
“Charlotte has been a highly appreciated member of Bergman & Beving’s Board, and we would like to extend our warm thanks to her for her valuable contributions to the Board’s work. The Nomination Committee will review the Board’s composition ahead of the next Annual General Meeting”, says Jörgen Wigh, Chairman of the Board of Bergman & Beving AB.
