Boozt announces that Julie Wiese has today informed the Board of Directors of her decision to step down from the Board with immediate effect.

This change is a direct consequence of yesterday’s major shareholding notification (flaggning), which confirmed that Ferd AS has divested its entire shareholding in Boozt. Julie Wiese was originally nominated to the Board by Ferd AS and, following the complete divestiture, has deemed it natural to vacate the seat.

Julie Wiese did not serve on any board committees. The Board of Directors remains fully operational with its six remaining members and will continue its regular work until the next Annual General Meeting.

Julie Wiese joined the Board of Directors in 2021. The company and the Board thank Julie for her valuable input and strong contribution to Boozt’s growth and business progress.
