Update on in-court restructuring proceedings - 12 March 2026

Copenhagen, Denmark, 12 March 2026 - Brain+ A/S (the "Company") today announces an update to the in-court restructuring proceedings as a majority of the attendees the creditors' meeting regarding the Proposal for restructuring plan, calculated by claim amount, did not vote against the restructuring plan, it was therefore approved. The restructuring administrator must, within 3 months of the commencement of the restructuring proceedings, issue a statement. The bankruptcy court scheduled a meeting for the vote on the restructuring proposal for Thursday, 10 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
