Carlsquare: Equity research, Immunovia: Announced rights issue and pause of coverage

Yesterday, on 28 September, Immunovia announced a partly guaranteed rights issue of units of about SEK 63m initially, with a subscription period from 9 November to 23 November 2026.
As Carlsquare is an advisor on this transaction, our research coverage of Immunovia is paused until the issue is completed.
Consequently, our previous estimates and valuations for Immunovia no longer apply and will be updated when coverage resumes.
