Castellum leases 24,000 sqm in Hagastaden

Castellum has signed a 15-year lease agreement for approximately 24,000 square metres in Infinity, in Hagastaden, Stockholm. Construction of Infinity began in autumn 2025, and the building is scheduled to be ready for occupancy by the end of 2027.
The lease has a term of 15 years. The tenant will lease the entire property and has chosen to remain confidential for the time being. The tenant holds a unilateral right, exercisable no later than 1 June 2026, to request an amendment of the lease agreement in order to lease half of the space with a term of five years instead.
Further information will be disclosed once the tenant’s right to reduce the leased area has expired.
