Deferred publication of annual accounts

The Board of Directors of Creturner Group AB (publ) hereby wishes to inform that the publication of the annual report for the financial year 2024 needs to be postponed. The annual report will be available no later than 30 June 2025.
The background to the delay is administrative challenges in connection with the Group's ongoing reorganisation, where restructuring and work on certain operations have required additional time to ensure correct and complete reporting.
The Board regrets the delay but at the same time wishes to emphasise that the work continues with high priority and that the annual report will be published as soon as possible, but no later than the specified date.
Creturner is listed on NGM Nordic SME in Stockholm and on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange in Germany.
