EYE World AB (publ): SafeState signs comprehensive agreement with leading insurance company - Eye World surpasses 988,000 active subscriptions

EYE World AB's subsidiary, SafeState AB, has signed a new strategic agreement with one of Scandinavia's largest insurance companies. The new three-year agreement covers 240,000 subscriptions - a significant increase from the previously communicated 105,000 - and expands upon the existing offering by adding three entirely new products to the existing packages.
This means that the increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR) for the reseller amounts to SEK 6 million, compared to an increase of SEK 4 million according to the volumes previously communicated in the press release dated May 26, 2025. The increase is invoiced and will impact cash flow already in Q2. With this agreement, the Group now reaches a total of 988,000 active subscriptions, bringing Eye World very close to the symbolically important milestone of 1 million active subscriptions.

The agreement takes effect immediately, but due to a planned joint launch in Q3, the customer's name will be disclosed at that time.
