Formpipe Software AB (publ) is changing its company name to Lasernet Group AB (publ) and ticker to LASER on Nasdaq Stockholm
The annual general meeting of Formpipe Software AB (publ) on 29 April 2026 resolved to change the company’s name to Lasernet Group AB (publ). The name change has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) and is thereby officially effected.
The name change to Lasernet Group AB (publ) entails a new trading designation and new ticker for the company’s share, which is admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. The changes will take effect on 9 June 2026, as follows:
- New company name: Lasernet Group AB (publ)
- New ticker: LASER
- Last trading day with ticker FPIP: 8 June 2026
- First trading day with new ticker LASER: 9 June 2026
- ISIN code: unchanged
Shareholders are not required to take any action in connection with this change of name and ticker.
In connection with the name change, the company is also launching a new website. The company's new IR page can be accessed at https://ir.lasernetgroup.com/
This is a translation of the original Swedish version. In the event of any discrepancies between the two versions, the original Swedish version shall take precedence.
