Hubso Group AB avnoteras från Spotlight Stock Market / Hubso Group AB is delisted from Spotlight Stock Market

Spotlight Stock Market har beslutat att Hubso Group AB:s (”Bolaget”) aktie (HUBSO) ska avnoteras från Spotlight Stock Market.  
Avnoteringen grundar sig på att Bolaget är föremål för ett omvänt förvärv eller förändrar sin verksamhet i en sådan omfattning att Bolaget framstår som ett nytt bolag och Bolaget inte inom rimlig tid bedöms kunna fullfölja en ny noteringsprocess.  
Spotlight Stock Market har därför beslutat i enlighet med Spotlights Regelverk 6.4.iii. att Bolaget skall avnoteras. 
Sista dag för handel i Hubso Group AB:s aktie är den 14 november, 2025. 
Hubso Group AB:s aktie är handelsstoppad sedan den 31 oktober, 2025.  
Hubso Group AB is delisted from Spotlight Stock Market  
Spotlight Stock Market has decided to delist Hubso Group AB:s (”Company”) share (HUBSO). 
Delisting is based on that the Company is the subject of a reverse acquisition or changes its business to such an extent that it appears to be a new company, and it is not considered that the Company will be able to carry out a new listing process within a reasonable time.  
Spotlight Stock Market has therefore, in accordance with Spotlight's Rules 6.4.iii, decided that the Company shall be delisted. 
Last day of trading in Hubso Group AB's share will be November 14, 2025.   
The trading in Hubso Group AB´s share has been halted since October 31, 2025.
