Kilenkrysset increases its ownership in K-Fastigheter

K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) announces that one of the company’s owners, the Kilenkrysset Group, has increased its holding in the company and now exceeds 5 percent of the share capital.

K-Fastigheter announces that one of the company’s major owners, the Kilenkrysset Group, will indirectly own about 7.7 percent of the capital and about 5.7 percent of the votes in K-Fastigheter as of 18 March 2026 through two endowment insurance policies.

The Kilenkrysset Group has been collaborating with K-Fastigheter for several years through the jointly owned company K-Fast Kilen AB, with a focus on the development, construction and management of K-Fastigheter’s concept buildings in the Mälardalen region.
