On 1 January 2026, Logistea handed over the completed central warehouse of approximately 31,100 sq.m. to the tenant Intersport AB. Construction was expected to be completed on 1 January 2026 and through efficient construction, project management and good cooperation with Intersport, Logistea completed the project in December 2025 with a total construction time of only 11 months.

The project has been carried out with high ESG ambitions and a goal to certify the property according to BREEAM at least the level Excellent with the ambition to reach Outstanding. The property is equipped with solar panels, social areas, training areas (including a sports hall for employees) and in the spring an outlet store will also open to the public. Intersport has also invested in advanced automation to streamline operations and meet future demands for fast and sustainable logistics.

Logistea's investment for the construction has amounted to SEK 204 million, which includes alterations and additional work related to, among other things, a 499 kWp solar cell plant. Adjusted for alterations and additional work, Logistea completed the construction under budget. The base rent amounts to approximately SEK 14.7 million.
