NCC to commence production phase of Svenska kraftnät’s head office in Solna
NCC is developing the public authority Svenska kraftnät’s new head office in Solna Business Park, Sweden, comprising approximately 52,000 square meters. NCC is now taking the next step in the project and will commence the production phase.

NCC has been carrying out initial works since the first quarter of 2025, dismantling the existing buildings on the property with the aim of recycling much of the constituent parts. NCC is now taking the next step in the project and commencing construction. Development of the office project is being conducted by NCC Property Development, while NCC Building Sweden is responsible for the construction.
In December 2024, NCC signed an agreement to divest the Yrket 4 property to KPA Pension, which is part of the Folksam Group. Payment of the purchase consideration and transfer of ownership will take place on completion of the project, which is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.
The project has a focus on reuse and is part of the Återhus research and innovation project. The office building encompasses approximately 52,000 square meters and is being constructed with the aim of achieving BREEAM Excellent rating.
The transaction is a turnkey contract and will be registered among orders in the NCC Building Sweden business area in the second quarter of 2025.
