Physitrack PLC (Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm: PTRK) (“Physitrack” or the “Company”) announces that, pursuant to the share buy-back programme announced on 21 July 2026, the Company has, through Pareto Securities AB (“Pareto Securities”), repurchased its own ordinary shares during the period 10–14 August 2026, as set out below.

Programme and legal basis
The buy-back programme is conducted within the safe harbour provided by Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. The purpose of the programme is to enable the Company to meet its obligations under its employee share plans. The programme is executed by Pareto Securities on a non-discretionary basis, independently of the Company, and trades are conducted on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm.
