In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on 20 November 2025, RVRC Holding AB (“RevolutionRace”) has cancelled 3,841,189 own shares that the company previously repurchased. As a result of the cancellation, the number of shares and votes in the company has decreased by 3,841,189.

Following the subscription of shares through the exercise of warrants under LTIP 2022/2026, a total of 26,750 new shares have been registered in RevolutionRace. As a result of the subscription, the number of shares and votes in the company has increased by 26,750.

After the cancellation of shares and the registration of new shares, the total number of shares and votes in RevolutionRace amounts to 105,782,200.
