Saga Pure ASA (SAGA) (the "Company") has today acquired 109,418 own shares in the market at NOK 1.60, under the authorization to acquire own shares granted by the annual general meeting on 26 May 2026. Following the acquisition, the Company owns 32,174,202 shares, corresponding to 4.77 % of the Company’s share capital.
This information is subject of the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
