Stendörren acquires a warehouse and light industrial property in Høje Taastrup outside Copenhagen for SEK 62 million

Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has acquired the warehouse and light industrial property Snedkervej 2-6 in Høje Taastrup Municipality, outside Copenhagen, from a private seller. The agreed property value amounts to approximately SEK 62 million. The total leasable area amounts to approximately 4,100 square meters. The property is fully leased to three tenants. One tenant leases the entire building on a triple net lease, while the remaining two tenants lease industrial outdoor space. The weighted average unexpired lease term amounts to 9.2 years. The annual net operating income is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 3.9 million. Closing has recently taken place for the property.
