Stendörren acquires warehouse property in the Helsinki region for SEK 70 million

Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has acquired and taken possession of warehouse property Kilonkartanontie 3 in Espoo, Finland from Wulff Group Plc. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 70 million and the total leasable area amounts to approximately 3,600 square meters. The property is fully leased on a 10-year lease and the annual net operating income is estimated to amount to SEK 5.5 million.
