Stora Enso shares converted

STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 18 May 2026 at 10:00 EEST

During the 1 April—30 April 2026 conversion period there were two conversions, and a total of 5,070 Ashares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 18 May 2026, and trading in the new R shares will start on 19 May 2026.

Breakdown of shares after conversion:

Total           788,619,987

Each A share and every ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after the conversion is at least 236,843,601.
