05:17 AM EDT, 05/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Banca Ifis (IF.MI) concluded the sale of Abilio, which was 82% owned by its illimity Bank unit and 18% owned by Coima, to Servizilegali.net.
The Italian bank added that the transaction aims to support the relaunch of Abilio, which manages real estate and assets derived from insolvency proceedings and foreclosures, by transferring the business to a specialized operator in the judicial sales sector, according to a Tuesday release.
The sale excludes Abilio subsidiaries Quimmo Agency and Quimmo Prestige Agency, which were acquired by Coima and illimity Bank with a 60% stake and 40% stake, respectively.
