06:47 AM EDT, 04/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dicot Pharma (DICOT.ST) is targeting 210 million kronor via a rights issue to fund its planned phase 2b study for erectile dysfunction drug candidate LIB-01.

The planned rights issue, which will consist of shares and warrants, is secured up to 80%, or 168 million kronor, through commitments from existing and new investors, the pharmaceutical company said Tuesday. The issue remains subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting on May 6.

Corpura Fondkommission is the sole global coordinator and sole bookrunner for the issue.
