Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $7.45 billion, up from $6.38 billion a year earlier.

The company expects Q2 adjusted earnings to be between $3.00 and $3.10 per share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.12.

Eaton now expects 2026 adjusted earnings to be between $13.05 and $13.50 per share, compared with its previous outlook of $13.00 to $13.50. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $13.31.

Shares of the company were down 3.4% in Tuesday's premarket activity.
