05:37 AM EDT, 05/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Intertek Group (ITRK.L) on Tuesday confirmed receipt and said its board is reviewing a further unsolicited, indicative and conditional revised proposal from EQT (EQT.ST).

In its third proposal, EQT X EUR SCSp and EQT X USD SCSp are offering 58 pounds sterling in cash per Intertek share, up from the previous offers of 54 pounds per share and 51.50 pounds per share, which were both rejected by the British assurance, testing, and certification company's board.

EQT's funds have until May 14 to make a firm offer intention or walk away.
