07:52 AM EDT, 05/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Intuitive Machines (LUNR) reported a Q1 net loss Thursday of $0.25 per diluted share, compared with a loss of $0.11 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.04.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $186.7 million, up from $62.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $203 million.

The company maintained its fiscal 2026 revenue of $900 million to $1 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $942.2 million.

Separately, Intuitive Machines said it will acquire Goonhilly Earth Station and COMSAT to expand its space-to-Earth network, adding 44 antennas and enhancing deep space, lunar communications, and PNT capabilities for cislunar operations.

The transaction is expected to close in Q3, it added.
