03:53 AM EDT, 05/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alphabet (GOOG, GOOGL) has sold Japanese yen-denominated bonds totaling 576.5 billion yen ($3.64 billion), Reuters reported late Thursday, citing a term sheet.

The Google parent issued bonds maturing in three, five, seven, 10, 15, 30, and 40 years, with coupons ranging from 1.965% to 4.599%, the report said.

The tech giant did not immediately respond to MT Newswires'request for comment.
