04:15 AM EDT, 05/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- JPMorgan Chase (JPM) is preparing a leadership reshuffle within its investment bank unit as the lender reorganizes operations during a rebound in global dealmaking activity, the Financial Times reported Wednesday.

The changes are expected to include the appointment of investment banking coverage head Dorothee Blessing, global capital markets head Kevin Foley and financial institutions group co-head Jared Kaye as co-heads of global investment banking, the report said, citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.

The reorganization also would place mergers and acquisitions bankers within industry coverage teams, according to the report.

Separately, Charles Bouckaert, currently co-head of industrials investment banking, is set to succeed Anu Aiyengar as global head of M&A, while Aiyengar is set to become global chair of investment banking, the report said.

JPMorgan Chase did not immediately respond to MT Newswires'request for comment.
