05:40 AM EDT, 04/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Scandinavian Enviro Systems (SES.ST) said Thursday it is challenging a legal request filed by a joint venture partner to terminate the Swedish recycling company's ongoing reorganization.

In a response submitted to the Gothenburg District Court on Wednesday, Enviro said it ended its joint venture agreements with Infiniteria Sweden and Infiniteria Europe to release itself "from burdensome and loss-making commitments"as it explores other opportunities for a profitable and long-term sustainable business.

Enviro added that Infiniteria's 84-million-euro damage claim is not substantiated and maintained that it had the right to terminate their license agreement over the former's patented technology for raw material recovery.
