Alphabet (GOOG, GOOGL) rose by 6.5% premarket, reversing a 0.1% decline from the previous session. Alphabet posted higher Q1 earnings and sales that also topped market expectations.

Intel (INTC) advanced by 2.6% pre-bell, following a 12.1% rise at Wednesday's close.

Amazon.com (AMZN) was up 2.6% in premarket activity, after a 1.3% increase from the previous session. Amazon reported higher Q1 earnings and revenue.

SoFi Technologies (SOFI) rose by 1.4% premarket, following a 15.4% fall from Wednesday's session.

Avis Budget Group (CAR) was more than 1% higher in pre-bell hours, swinging from a 0.5% decline at Wednesday's close.

Meta Platforms (META) was down 8.9% hours before market open, after closing Wednesday with a 0.3% decline. Meta Platforms increased its forecast for 2026 capital expenditures, taking the shine out of its Q1 earnings and revenue beat.

Microsoft (MSFT) was 1.7% lower premarket, following a 1.1% decline from the previous session.

Robinhood Markets (HOOD) was up 0.1% pre-bell, after closing Wednesday with a 13.2% fall.
