Paramount Skydance's (PSKY) acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) will be carefully scrutinized by European regulators, CNBC reported Thursday, citing a letter sent to Paramount Skydance Chief Executive David Ellison from a group of US and European lawmakers it viewed.
