The industrial group will now consist of five business areas, including Ettiketto Group, Communication, Corroventa, S:t Eriks Group, and Tornum Group, while Salix will be reported as a discontinued operation. The changes will be reflected in Volati's first-quarter results on April 29.
Volati said the new business model creates the best conditions for the platforms'long-term growth and improves transparency for investors.
