Impero A/S announces adjustment to ARR outlook for 2025

Impero A/S today announces an adjustment to its Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) outlook for the fiscal year 2025. Due to prolonged sales cycles resulting from ongoing geopolitical turmoil, Impero now expects ARR for the end of 2025 to be in the range of DKK 43M to 46M, compared to the previously communicated range of DKK 46M to 49M (Company Announcement No. 7-2025).
“Despite maintaining a robust sales pipeline and consistently low churn rates, conversion timelines for new agreements have extended significantly. In connection with closing of H1-2025, we have thoroughly analysed the commercial opportunities for the second half of 2025, and we no longer expect to end the year within the previously communicated ARR outlook range. However, the underlying demand for Impero’s solutions remains strong, and the revised outlook primarily reflects timing uncertainty rather than diminished market potential,” says CEO Rikke Stampe Skov.
The EBITDA outlook for the year remains unchanged within the previously announced range of DKK -10M to -8M. Impero is balancing the cost level by holding back on additional investments to reflect the revised ARR outlook.
Preliminary SaaS metrics for H1-2025:
Impero's performance in the first half of the year was impacted by two contractions that negatively impact reported net new ARR and net-uplift from existing customers.
Impero will release its complete H1-2025 report on 29 August 2025.
