AFRY has signed an agreement to acquire Pinja Industry Oy, a company focusing on engineering, automation and machine vision as well as testing and quality assurance services for the industry sector. The acquired business is specialized in providing engineering services and digital solutions for demanding industrial and production environments, for the full lifecycle of the clients’ business. Their services range from consulting to engineering, and implementation to maintenance and optimization.

Pinja Industry Oy holds strong industry knowledge in the forest industry, manufacturing, mobile machines and the energy sector.

Pinja Industry Oy has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 140 million and has 150 employees based in nine cities in Finland. Closing is planned for June 1st.
