Avonova continues its Nordic growth strategy by acquiring Hemis, the leading provider of occupational health and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) services in Northern Norway. The acquisition expands Avonova’s presence in the Norwegian market and strengthens its capacity to support companies with comprehensive services in health, safety, and working environment.
Hemis has a long-standing position as a trusted occupational health partner for companies across Nordland, Troms, and Finnmark, with offices in Bodø, Sortland, Tromsø, Alta, and Vadsø. The company is approved by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority and offers a broad range of services within HSE, occupational health, crisis management, and preventive workplace health.
