Diös publishes updated base prospectus for its MTN programme

On 4 June 2021, Diös established an MTN programme for funding in the bond market. Diös has now updated the base prospectus to enable continued issuance of bonds under the MTN programme, which has today been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved and registered the base prospectus. The base prospectus is available on Diös' website, investors.dios.se, and on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website, www.fi.se. The base prospectus is valid for twelve months from the date of approval.
Diös has established a green financing framework in consultation with Svenska Handelsbanken. The framework enables the company to finance projects and assets covered by the framework through the issuance of green bonds, including European Green Bonds (EuGBs), under the MTN programme. EuGBs may be issued provided that the base prospectus is supplemented by a completed key information document accredited by a registered external reviewer.
Svenska Handelsbanken is the arranger for the MTN programme and acts together with Danske Bank and Swedbank as issuing agents. Born Law is legal adviser to Diös.
