Done.ai Group AB (“Done.ai”) today announces the full integration of Done MRP into Done OS, marking another milestone in the company’s strategy to build an AI-powered operating system for businesses across industry verticals.
Done MRP is a fully owned cloud-based production management system (Material Requirements Planning) used by manufacturing and logistics companies to manage procurement, production planning, and inventory. The solution is already deployed across an international customer base, including manufacturing companies in industries such as aerospace and defense, electronics manufacturing, medical equipment, and food and beverages in the United States, Canada, Sweden, and Norway.
With Done MRP integrated into Done OS, Done.ai is positioning itself to capture share in this growing market by offering a modern, cloud-native and AI-enabled alternative to legacy systems.
MRP customers are rich in product data and inventory, benefiting from Done.ai’s integrated intelligence layer and financing solutions.
Scaling through platform and cross-sell
Done MRP has demonstrated strong growth reaching annual recurring revenue (ARR) of ca. SEK 10m in 2025, with continued customer growth in 2026. A few customer examples in the Nordics are Oskar Pedersen, Giltor, Fj Klima and Norwegian Fishfarming Technologies. With the solution now integrated into Done OS, Done.ai can accelerate growth into its existing customer base and through cross-selling of CRM, accounting, and marketing solutions to the Done MRP customer base.
This creates a scalable platform model where each new product increases overall revenue per customer and strengthens platform retention.
From production software to intelligent execution layer
The integration transforms Done MRP from a standalone production system into part of a broader AI-powered platform, where production data, financial data, and customer data are unified in a single operating layer.
Over time, Done.ai will introduce AI-powered functionality into the Done MRP solution, enabling automated planning, real-time optimization, and improved resource utilization. The long-term vision is to move from static production systems to dynamic and better optimizing workflows powered by AI.
