Endomines Finland Plc – Stock Exchange Release – 20.4.2026, at 16:00 EEST

The new shares issued in Endomines Finland Oyj’s directed share issue without consideration have been registered 

The 13,757 new shares subscribed for in the directed share issue of Endomines Finland Plc have today, on 20 April 2026, been registered with the Finnish Trade Register. The share issue was based on a resolution of the Company’s Board of Directors, which was announced by a stock exchange release on 2 April 2026. In the share issue, the Company issued a total of 13,757 new shares free of consideration in order to pay a share-based reward in accordance with the long-term incentive programme 2025.

Following the registration of the new shares, the total number of shares in the Company amounts to 12,112,497. Each share entitles its holder to one vote at the Company’s General Meeting.

The Company has applied for the new shares to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd as part of the existing share class. The listing of the additional shares has been applied for on 21 April 2026, and trading in the new shares will be possible as of 1 January 2028, when the transfer restriction agreed in connection with the shares will have expired.

New shares will establish equal shareholder rights with the company's existing shares from the registration date.
