Eniro acquires Qwamplify Nordics and strengthens its position in digital marketing in the Nordic region

Eniro has today completed the acquisition of Qwamplify Nordics, a well-established company with operations in Sweden, Finland, and Norway within digital campaign production and performance-based marketing. The transaction was completed today and means that Eniro becomes the new owner of the business. The acquisition is financed with own funds and the purchase price amounts to EUR 700,000. Qwamplify Nordics had sales of EUR 3.2 million in 2024. The seller is the French owner Qwamplify Groupe.

Qwamplify Nordics helps companies drive growth through strategic and operational campaign management in digital channels, with a particular focus on conversion, customer acquisition, and measurable impact.

The acquisition strengthens Eniro's offering in campaign-driven marketing and gives it access to an experienced local team with strong customer relationships and proven working methods. Qwamplify Nordics will continue to operate under its own brand within the Eniro Group.

We see Qwamplify Nordics as a very good complement to our current business. Their expertise in campaign execution and their local presence fits well with our strategy to broaden and deepen our offering to small and medium-sized businesses in the Nordic region, says Hosni Teque-Omeirat, President and CEO of Eniro.

Qwamplify Nordics has a business model that includes both project-based assignments and recurring campaign work in digital channels. The business has proven to be profitable and has developed steadily with a strong local customer base.

For us, this is not just about growth - it is about strengthening our position as a relevant and value-adding partner for our customers. With Qwamplify Nordics, we are gaining a team that shares our commitment to measurability, simplicity, and real impact in our customers' marketing. The acquisition is in line with Eniro's strategy to grow in the Nordic region within digital services with clear customer benefits and scalability, says Hosni Teque-Omeirat.

The sale will enable us to focus more on our business in France. We are delighted to transfer the subsidiary to Eniro Group, a locally established player. Their strong momentum will enable the teams to accelerate their development with new opportunities and significant synergies, says Cédric Reny, Chairman of the Board and founder of Qwamplify.
