Acting CEO appointed

Nord Insuretech Group AB today announces that Board member Ole Morten Settevik has been appointed Acting CEO, effective immediately.
The appointment follows CEO Jan Petter Myhrstad taking a temporary leave of absence until 31 December 2026. During this period, Settevik will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Company. Myhrstad will be available for handover and support as needed.
The Company’s strategy and expectations remain unchanged.
Chairman of the Board, Kim Mikkelsen, comments: “I am pleased that Ole Morten has stepped in to support the Company during this interim period. I will work closely with him and senior management to ensure continued strong operational performance, as well as the strategic development of Nord Insuretech Group AB.”
