FOM Technologies released its 2025 annual report yesterday after market close. Despite a year marked by geopolitical uncertainty, the results met expectations.

FOM Technologies published its 2025 annual report following an exceptionally challenging year characterized by geopolitical instability. The company reported total revenue of DKK 41.6 million, representing a decline of 19%. EBITDA amounted to DKK -24.9 million, corresponding to a negative development of 71%. The challenging results are attributed to uncertain macroeconomic and geopolitical conditions globally.

FOM Technologies expects these uncertain market conditions to continue in 2026. Despite this, the company will continue expanding its distribution network, developing new geographical markets, and focusing on new application areas. FOM Technologies will also continue to actively manage its cost structure to ensure an appropriate balance between activity levels and expenses.

In 2026, FOM Technologies expects revenue in the range of DKK 40–50 million, with a negative EBITDA of DKK 10–20 million. The company raised additional capital in the fourth quarter of last year, contributing to a strong position for further development, supported by equity of DKK 52.8 million.

FOM Technologies will hold its Annual General Meeting on April 22, 2026.
